The representatives of the company were all knowledgeable, pleasant, and did not waste time when trying to find my problem. I also got an education about mice and rats that I never new. Showed them my log from appointment to appointment as what I did to help find the animals. Let them know when I found one of the dead animals. I am very pleased so far! This company offers a year guarantee with the ability to continue, we are moving into the maintenance phase with a different crew, so I hope they will be as attentive.
